Seeing as how I was born in Venezuela

but grew up in Canada I need to blog about Miss Universe. Roughly one out of five times when people find out I was born in Venezuela, they make a comment about Miss Universe. In the past decades the Misses from V have been known to win the award but not any more. So who won this year? :)
